Andrea joined Great Minds ABA Therapy in 2022 as a Registered Behavior Technician and as a BCBA Candidate pursing her Master’s degree. For over 10 years, she has been working with individuals of various abilities ranging from 16 months to 65 years old in home, school and clinical settings. Since becoming an RBT in 2020, Andrea has provided direct in-person services, conducted virtual ABA sessions, ran social skills groups, provided training to employees and parents, and has continued to create a collaborative environment.
Andrea graduated from The College of New Jersey with a degree in Psychology. Andrea completed her Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis in June 2023 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in February 2024.
