Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Great Minds ABA Therapy employs experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to support caregivers and school districts by providing behavior consultation services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to:

Manage challenging and/or disruptive behavior and replace it with appropriate, adaptive, and/or functional behavior.

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective treatment plans.

Provide training to teachers, support staff, and caregivers on how to implement the recommendations outlined in the treatment plans.

Interpret graphic displays of behavior data.

Develop skill acquisition programs that are individualized to the student’s behavior and academic functioning.

Conduct workshops.

Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and behavior associates.

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of educators with professional communication skills.

Registered Behavior Technicians

Great Minds ABA Therapy employs Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct services in home and in school-base settings utilizing the following skills:

Assist BCBAs with conducting Functional Behavior Assessments

Assist BCBAs with conducting language-based assessments

Collect various forms of behavior and skill acquisition data

Implement behavior intervention plans to manage challenging and/or disruptive behavior and replace it with appropriate, adaptive, and/or functional behavior.

Provides discrete trial and applied verbal behavior services during intensive teaching sessions.

1:1 support in the least restrictive environment to support inclusion opportunities for students with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
