Registered Behavior Technicians

Great Minds ABA Therapy is hiring full time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services in a school-based setting. The following is a job description for the Registered Behavior Technician position! Join our team today!!

Provide 1:1 discrete trial instruction.

Use prompt and prompt fading procedures to ensure student success.

Assist BCBA with functional behavior assessments.

Implement behavior intervention plans with integrity.

Assist lead teacher with classroom routines and small group instruction.

Shadow students to ensure success during inclusion opportunities.

Perform tasks outlined in the BACB’s RBT task List (2nd Edition)

Adhere to the Ethical Requirements outlined in the BACB RBT Ethics Code.

Maintain RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
