Lauren joined Great Minds ABA Therapy in December 2021 and has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 10 years working with individuals ranging from 18 months to 21 years old in home, school and clinical settings.

Lauren graduated from Temple University with a degree in Psychology. From there, she went on to complete the 40-hour coursework in order to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and began working as behavioral classroom support in schools, as well as running after school social skills groups and verbal behavior clinics. After a few years as a RBT, she began her master’s program in Education at Western Governor’s University, as well as her required coursework to become a Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) at Florida Institute of Technology. Lauren became a BCBA in 2021 and has been providing school-based behavior consultation services in the South Jersey area ever since.
